Job Summary:
Controlling inventory – Processing monthly requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Ensures that all the items are available when requested by any department.
• Maintains the coding system of the stores to the group for easy identification of store items and its updating in the SAP system.
• Determines monthly consumption rates of all items.
• Maintains coordination with the accounting department in terms of prices of medical
• Disposable items, likewise, when there are changes in the cost.
• Revise all requests initiated by stores.
• Registers all items received in the receiving reports.
• Conducts regular training of the store staff as to the usage of the store items.
• Maintains the safeguard of the store personnel in following the hospital procedures and directives
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration plus 7 years in a relevant position.
