As-Salam International Hospital’s ophthalmology department provides the treatment of ophthalmology and optic tract diseases.

We have highly qualified doctors in eye diseases and treatment, including:

- Cornea: transparent tissue that covers the front of the eye.

- Conjunctiva: a transparent membrane that covers the white part of the eye.

- Iris: controls the appropriate amount of light to enter the eye.

- Pupil: the center of the eye.

- Lens: Lens working on the refraction of light.

- Retina: a layer of cells and nerve fibers.

- Optic nerve: nerve fibers that transmit images from the eyes to the brain.
