Job Summary:
• Managing Cafeteria work and ensuring cleanness of the place and providing service to restaurant guests.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring refrigerator cleanness and temperature.
• Ensuring components inventory.
• Receiving guest’s order and delivering it to waiters.
• Ensuring proper service to guests.
• Closing shift and making inventory and handing over the shift.
• Deliver on-job training to the cafeteria staff.
• Taking over the shift and ensuring place cleanness.
• Making briefing with waiters and ensuring their uniforms and personal hygiene then distributing them.
• Preparing request of the cafeteria needs.
• Checking guest satisfaction and handling their complaints.
• Preparing cafeteria staff roster.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree plus 6 years relevant experience.
